The Southern Athletic Club membership year runs from 1 October to 30 September.
Reduced rates apply for new members joining from 1 May to 30 September:

All members are encouraged to take out an Athletics SA membership alongside their club membership. These are available from an additional $20 and include personal accident insurance cover. Athletics SA membership has a minimum age requirement and is not available to athletes born on or after 1 January 2008.
When registering, please note that all ASA memberships (Basic, Silver, etc) INCLUDE your Southern Athletic Club fee.

Sports Vouchers for all Primary School Aged Athletes
The Sports Vouchers program is an initiative from the Government of South Australia that provides an opportunity for primary school aged children to receive a $50 discount on sports club membership/registration fees. The purpose is to increase the number of children playing organised sport by reducing cost as a barrier to participate.
To claim the $50 discount for your child’s Southern Athletic Club membership fee you should register under the “Junior Athlete with Sports Voucher” option then download a sports voucher, fill in your details and hand it back to Matt or Jason. Simples!
Please note that only one voucher can be used per child each calendar year.

Southern Athletic Club Memberships
Registration for Southern Athletic Club memberships must be made through the Athletics SA online registration system. You will have the option to purchase your club membership on its own or alongside an ASA membership. Registration for SA Athletic League membership is made separately through the SAAL website.

Athletics SA memberships offer good value for athletes who will be competing regularly at ASA track & field meets through the summer. Costs shown below include your Southern Athletic Club membership and all benefits listed above. A $10 discount will be applied to the fees shown below for all athletes registering before 31 October 2018.

SA Athletic League Memberships
SAAL registrations are required in order to compete at any SA Athletic League race meets. Registration for SA Athletic League memberships must be made separately through the SAAL website and costs shown below are in addition to your Southern Athletic Club Athlete membership.
